The Wigan striker Hugo Rodallega has told the Sun that Arsenal have made an offer to Wigan for his services, to link him up with brazilian Eduardo.

The big, strong Colombian international had already said in April that he felt ready to join a top Premiership club, and the Wigan chairman Dave Whelan agreed that he wouldn’t stand in his way if a big club came in for him.

Rodallega said today: “‘I don’t know if I’ll stay at Wigan but I do know Arsenal have made an offer for me.”
